This is an example of a variety of plots we can offer where residential detached villas can be built (or a “Pueblo Mediterraneo”). Depending on design almost every property would have magnificent sea views and a beautiful beach within walking distance. The plots are situated in the prestigious area of San Roque, just a short drive from the quality golf courses of Sotogrande and the previous Ryder Cup venue of Valderrama. All the infrastructure is complete including electricity supplies, water connections and waste connection. To begin construction, it is only necessary to submit the villa design to obtain planning permission (approximately 3-5 months in this area). In this particular example, you are able to construct 15 independent villas of approximately 160m each plus any additional basement required. Each plot is an average of 525m. It would be possible to join two plots together to build a bigger villa if required.
